Vroom vroom! Do you have a car-loving little one at home? Recycle those toilet paper rolls by turning them into toy cars!

- Cardboard
- Paint

INSTRUCTIONS

With your child, trace four half dollar sized circles onto a piece of cardboard.

Ask your child to identify the shape they see while you cut the circles out to create the car’s wheels.

Cut a U shape in the middle of the toilet paper roll, and pop it out. This creates the car’s window.

Use non-toxic glue to adhere the cardboard wheels to the toilet paper roll. Wait for it to dry.

Once dry, your child can decorate the car as they wish!

TIPS- Help your child express and explore his or her creativity when decorating the car by providing them with different and unique materials! Adding an element of texture, like feathers, to their creation adds a sensory element to this activity
